Access by railway
Take the Marunouchi-line of the Tokyo Metro to Shin-Nakano Station. The arcade is just in front. It takes about 15 minutes to walk there from JR Nakano Station or you could take the Keio bus available from Shibuya Station.
Access by car
From Shinjuku area take the Ome-Kaido street.
The arcade expansively stretches along both sides of Ome-Kaido street between Kan-Nana Dori and Yamate Dori.
